Not sure where you placed your wallet? Now you can temporarily suspend your debit card through our Mobile App to prevent it from being used. Once you find your card, it’s easy to reactivate it with a touch of a button. This feature, which is found under Manage Cards, can also be used if you don’t need your debit card for a period of time, like a hospital stay. If your card is ever lost or stolen, you will now be able to quickly and permanently shut your card off through the App.

Mobile Banking users must have an active NetTeller (online banking) account and a web enabled cell phone with an activated browser. Our Mobile App is only available on iPhone, iPad, or Android devices.
If you are having trouble accessing your bank accounts on your mobile device, here are a few things to check that may be preventing you from using our Mobile Banking App.
Verify you have an active NetTeller account
Confirm your mobile device is web enabled
Verify your mobile network allows secure web browsing
If you lose your signal during a transaction, don't worry. You will always receive an immediate confirmation whenever you complete a transaction. If you do not receive this message, log back into the App to review your transactions. Any transactions not listed will need to be re-entered. If you're having trouble entering data or viewing text and graphics, you should turn your device off and then back on. If the problem continues, try clearing out your cache.

Keeping your accounts safe while you are on your mobile device is our priority. Some of the measures that are in place to keep your accounts secure include timing out your banking session after 10 minutes of inactivity. After 10 minutes, the last viewed screen will remain open, however, if further action is attempted, the login page will display. Your account information is not stored on your mobile device after accessing the Champlain National Bank Mobile App.

Download the Champlain National Bank App through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Simply search for "Champlain" and our App should be one of the results. You can enroll right through our App. Or, you can enroll through your NetTeller account, by logging into your account, and clicking on the Mobile Banking tab. Enter your mobile phone information and select the accounts you wish to access through the Mobile App. You should receive a text message confirming your enrollment.
Once the App is set up, you will have the option to use your phone or tablet’s Touch ID or Facial Recognition technology to log in, if available on your device, making it even easier to access your accounts!
If you no longer wish to access your bank account via our Mobile App, simply login to your NetTeller account, and select the Mobile Banking tab. Deselect the box next to Enable Web Access and then click the Submit button, and then the Confirm button. You should also delete the app from your device.
