HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Weíve made it easy to get started using Telephone Banking! When you call the toll free number, it will ask you for your bank account number. The system will recognize that you are a new user and will ask for your social security number for verification purposes. It will then ask you to enter a PIN. This PIN can be any number of your choosing, and must contain at least four digits. You will be asked to confirm this PIN. Thatís it! The next time you call our Telephone Banking system, you will only need to know your account number and your PIN. If you have multiple deposit or even loan accounts, you will be able to access those too by simply using your PIN.

When you access the Champlain National Bank Telephone Banking system, you will have the following choices:

Press 3 to Transfer Funds or Make a Payment
Press 4 for Future Dated Transactions
Press 5 to Change your Telephone Banking PIN

In addition to accessing your bank accounts using Telephone Banking, you can also easily manage your Debit MasterCard or ATM Card. Activate a new or reissued card right from your phone, without ever having to go to an ATM! You can also deactivate your card if itís ever lost or stolen.
