what can i do using netteller?

You are in full control of your money with our online banking program called NetTeller. Take advantage of Bill Pay, which gives you the ability to pay most of your bills in one convenient location right through your NetTeller account, for free! No more logging into each of your bill’s individual websites. Or, see how easy it is to transfer money to family and friends. Use Bank-to-Bank Transfers to transfer money between your personal accounts at Champlain National Bank and other financial institutions. Plus, you can print statements, view check images, make loan payments, and much more!


what transfers can i make?

You can transfer money between your personal Champlain National Bank accounts, and Bank-to-Bank Transfers clients will also be able to transfer money to and from their Champlain National Bank accounts and their accounts at another financial institution. You will not be able to transfer money between a personal and business accounts.


bank-to-bank transfers

Champlain National Bank’s Bank-to-Bank Transfers provides you with the capability of transferring money between your personal accounts at Champlain National Bank and other financial institutions through NetTeller. An inbound transfer moves money from your account at another financial institution to your account at Champlain National Bank. An outbound transfer moves money from your account at Champlain National Bank to your account at another financial institution.


when are transfers available?

Funds transferred between your Champlain National Bank accounts using NetTeller will be updated in the available balance immediately, but the transaction detail will not be reflected until the next business day. The transfer or payment cut-off time for current day’s business is 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Transfers or payments made on a holiday that Champlain National Bank observes, will be posted on the next business day. Please refer to the Bank-to-Bank Transfers information for funds availability on those transfers.


bill pay

Bill Pay allows you to pay virtually anyone or any company through online banking. You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment, and which account you want to use. For example, you can pay utilities, bills, or individuals such as a landlord, babysitter, or relative. You will also be able to send gift checks, and get helpful text alerts and payment reminders. We’ll even keep a record for you of 18 months of payment activity.


is netteller in real time?

The balances displayed on NetTeller for your accounts will change throughout the day based on your NetTeller activity as well as other banking activities that are completed throughout the day.


any transaction limitations?

Although the number of checking account transactions is unlimited, there are some government imposed transaction limitations on Savings and Money Market accounts. Preauthorized, automatic, or telephonic transfers, in the aggregate, are limited to 6 per statement cycle. An excess debit activity fee will be charged per item if you go over these limitations on your Savings and Money Market accounts.


is my information secure?

We have extremely high standards to guarantee the security of your banking information online. In order to provide a solid security environment, we require that you use 128-bit encryption with your web browser. Login sessions have a time-out limit, and after the limit is reached you are required to login again. Password guessing is deterred and reported.

what if i forget my password?

You can reset your password by using the ‘Reset Password’ function. To enable this function you must enter a ‘Password Reset Question’, ‘Password Reset Answer’ and ‘Email Address’ in the NetTeller Options Menu. If you get locked out of NetTeller, click the ‘Reset Password’ tab on the log in screen and enter your current NetTeller ID and email address. Within a few minutes you will receive an email that will guide you through establishing a new password. You can also contact us at (518) 963-4201, option 1 to reset your password.
