Referral coupon must be presented at the account opening. Referral must be a new personal checking customer to the bank. We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not sent to us in good faith. The $50 reward will be reported on Form 1099-INT. EXISTING CLIENT (Referrer): $50 will be deposited into your checking account after a qualified referee opens a deposit account (3/17/08-6/30/08). Maximum of 10 referrals per client. CNB employees do not qualify for $50 reward. NEW CLIENT (Referee): In order to qualify for $50 reward you must open Champlain Free, Champlain Benefit or Champlain Privilege checking accounts before 6/30/08, and use one of the following services before 9/30/08: 1) Use Debit Card at point of sale; 2) have direct deposit transaction; or 3) Use NetTeller Bill Payment to pay a payee. Contact your local banker to receive the $50 reward.
