Please be informed that as of May 1, 2009 Champlain National Bank’s No-surcharge ATM program will no longer be available. This program allowed Champlain National Bank ATM and Debit Card clients to use any KeyBank ATM in New York and Vermont at no surcharge.

KeyBank has made a decision to discontinue offering this program as of May 1, 2009, therefore as of that date Champlain National Bank clients using KeyBank ATMs will be subject to the regular ATM fees.
