To ensure the highest security, you are in complete control of access to your accounts with a special 12-digit NetTeller ID number assigned by CNB and your 6 - 8 character password. Both your NetTeller ID and password can be changed after your first successful log in. In addition, all transactions are sent in secure encrypted form for maximum security.
Signing up for NetTeller® Internet Banking is easy.
1) Just complete, sign and return the enrollment form to the nearest Champlain National Bank branch office or mail it to the address below.
2) Look in the mail for a letter that will guide you through the first Log In.

You can reset your password by using ‘Reset Password’ function. To enable this function you must enter a ‘Personal Question’, ‘Answer’ and ‘Email Address’ in the NetTeller Options Menu. If you get locked out of NetTeller, click ‘Reset Password’ tab on the log in screen and enter your current NetTeller ID and email address. Within a few minutes you will receive an email that will guide you through establishing a new password.
